Absolutely nothing produces votes in the US Congress this reliably lopsided and bipartisan like votes on Israel.
Virtually every time there's a bill or resolution intended to be pro-Israel - including US paying for its wars - the margin is something like 311-14. https://t.co/GwVetbWUot — Glenn Greenwald (@ggreenwald) December 5, 2023

Rep. Massie, you’re a sitting Member of Congress.
This is antisemitic, disgusting, dangerous, and exactly the type of thing I was talking about in my Senate address. Take this down. https://t.co/jVX0NMdISI — Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) December 5, 2023
From Breitbart, "Rep. Thomas Massie Posts Antisemitic Meme Claiming Congress Chooses 'Zionism' over 'American Patriotism' ":If only you cared half as much about our border as you do my tweets. https://t.co/8lj2gheBRL

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) posted an antisemitic meme on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Tuesday, claiming that "Congress these days" had rejected "American Patriotism" in favor of "Zionism." The meme, which borrows images from the video for "Hotline Bling" by Drake, is commonly used to mock hypocrisy. The idea that "Zionism" and "American Patriotism" are contradictory is a common theme on the antisemitic far-right. Zionism is the belief that the Jewish people have the right to a state in their historic and spiritual homeland of Israel. Since the late 19th century, antisemites have used the idea of "Zion" to suggest Jewish control and manipulation of world governments.Just look at what an evil menace Massie is!
That, for example, is the theme of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an antisemitic forgery distributed by the Russian imperial state that spread throughout Europe before the Nazi era, and which remains widely distributed in the Arab world today. [...] Massie posted the meme as the House was holding hearings about antisemitism on college campuses, which has flared since the Palestinian terror group Hamas carried out a devastating terror attack against Israel on October 7 that killed 1,200 people. Massie has been under attack from pro-Israel groups after voting against funding for Israel, ostensibly on budgetary and foreign policy grounds. He appears to have taken that argument to a completely different place with his antisemitic post.Pollak's article is actually more hysterical than NBC News writer Megan Leibowitz's piece attacking Massie over the meme. Massie was similarly attacked by Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV) and Republican Jewish Coalition CEO Matt Brooks.
Let me be crystal clear on this. This post is antisemetic. Plain and simple. Shame on you @RepThomasMassie You’re a disgrace to the US Congress and to the Republican Party. https://t.co/owP4E3ggFN

Massie addressed the controversy in an interview with Glenn Greenwald on Tuesday night and noted how Congress has voted a whopping 18 times on bills related to Israel since Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) took over six weeks ago.Suggesting that one cannot both support Israel and be a patriotic American is disgusting and antisemitic.
This language puts Jewish Americans at risk. https://t.co/N40GTzOpV2 — Senator Jacky Rosen (@SenJackyRosen) December 6, 2023
