Jim Price thinks there's only one way for Americans to get the president they really want, and that's by fixing the election system. "If we don't fix our election system – that Dominion system – and actually do it the way we actually know it can be done, we're never really going to get the president we want," he said during the April 18 episode of "The Jim Price Show" on Brighteon.TV. "It's always [going to] be the president they select. We got to be the ones that push back and say, 'We're not going to stand for this any longer.'" According to Price, Americans must be the ones pushing back against both the mainstream media that continues to lie to the people and the federal government willing to kill its people just to silence them. He mentioned that the campaign team of former President Donald Trump is fighting to ensure that his name remains on the ballot in certain states for the 2024 elections. This comes amid small non-profits bankrolled by globalist money trying to undermine his return to the White House. To back up his claim, Price cited a Newsmax article that expounded on the issue. According to the piece, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) and Free Speech for People (FSP) is challenging the inclusion of Trump's name in the ballot. Both nonprofits claimed that their efforts are focused on protecting the American public from a "subversionist" Trump.

Nonprofits to challenge Trump's candidacy using Civil War-era section of 14th Amendment

CREW and FSP plan to challenge Trump's inclusion on the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Under the section, any officer of the U.S. is disqualified from holding public office in the future if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" in the union after taking an oath to support the Constitution. It was ratified in 1868 to punish Confederate officers and officials. The two groups claim that Trump "engaged in insurrection" both before and during the Jan. 6 false flag riot at the Capitol, which the House Jan. 6 Select Committee attested to. "They are not even trying to hide it anymore," Trump campaign spokesman Steve Cheung said in a statement. "It is sad that they want to deprive the American people of choosing Trump – the overwhelming front-runner by far – as their president. History will not judge them kindly." However, attorneys aware of the issue pointed out that state officials cannot ban candidates and that Trump's team will probably dispute the "insurrection claims." Moreover, Section 3 cannot be invoked without an Act of Congress. Any challenges based on this section cannot be filed until Trump applies for ballot access this year. According to experts, judges or election officials can damage the electoral process if they deny Republican voters the ability to choose Trump on a ballot after most of the campaign season has passed. "The practical implications of this is the greatest disruption of our electoral system that has been contemplated since the Civil War," said conservative lawyer James Bopp. Price then said: "Now imagine that and wonder where we're gonna find that funding comes from. ActBlue, or maybe Facebook's [Mark] Zuckerberg, which is directly paid by your federal government to run his platform." (Related: Election interference: Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent $500 million to influence Democrat election officials and unlawfully change the election system.) The host of "The Jim Price Show" ultimately remarked that organizations such as CREW and FSP are doing "blatant election interference and tampering."
